My car is back! After a $2.3k repair job on the transmission, it is now running fine. I have a 3 year warranty on the car and 2 mechanics gave independent assessments that the engine is in a good condition and it should run well till well, basically till it dies.
Next time, I shall not get my ass screwed so badly.

i also say. i'm going to BBB for arbitration after finals week. See how that goes. I aim to recoup half, if not all of the money.
